I’m back in Vancouver and catching up with all your comments and ALL the blog readings to do. One of the highlights of my Hong Kong – Guangzhou trip is a visit to the Imperial Palace Hotspring & Resort, located in Zijin County which is approximately a 4 hour drive from Guangzhou. I got to experience sitting in different hot springs and stayed in a Bali villa guest room.
I have my lazy days then I have my “dress maturely” days. And I have the days where I ditch the colour and go for an almost monochrome look; I’d throw in some colour using accessories rather than clothes.
If it’s a good time to wear loose and bright sweaters, it is now! With the weather averaging between 12-16°C, I can pull out the clothes that won’t keep me too hot or cold. I’ve had this long time fascination with sweater that have little holes all over and I was swooning all over Orb Clothing’s Mulberry Striped Sweater when I received it in the mail. The bright pink is a fun colour if you don’t mind standing out in the crowd!
A tren chcoat rarely goes out of style and it honestly makes me feel like from looking like a student to a more mature young adult. Orb Clothing, a long time favourite Vancouver based brand, recently sent me a few pieces to try and Rosemary Long Sleeve 5-in-1- Jacket was the perfect addition to my spring wardrobe.
Just as I put my “Beauty Products for Rainy Day” post up, rainfall started happening at YVR the next day. As a commuter, having appropriate weatherproof outfit is as important as a weatherproof makeup collection. And, my new Phillip Lim for Target bag came just in time for me to put this simple, fall outfit for the rainy day together.
