It’s only February but I am already getting into Spring beauty launches, woohoo! On February 1st, NARS launched its Velvet Matte Skin Tint, an oil free formula that offers sheer to medium coverage and claims to blur the appearance of pores and fine lines. Prior to trying this product, the other NARS foundation I’ve used was the Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer which I already LOVE. I usually go for foundation that makes my skin look dewy, so this was a fun experience to use a matte base this time!
Thank you all for the love in the previous post, you guys are amazing and brightened up my day! My heart still aches and my brain’s still angry; believe me I would LOVE to share all the screenshots of the conversation that happened but got to keep my blog to a classy minimum! When someone promised you forever and failed the deliver and plan to stay in another country forever without discussing, it was a failed happy ending to begin with. Well, at least I got my blog and makeup collection to smile over; here’s a recent Fall-ish look I put together with makeup products I haven’t used in a while!

Recently, Superdry created with an infographic explaining of History of 3 Cosmetic Products that are popular in Canada. If you have seen men and women wear jackets that says SUPERDRY with Japanese characters underneath; this is the same brand and they have had a beauty range for about a year now! I certainly didn’t recall any makeup when I was at the Superdry store in London last year, or I would’ve definitely picked up something. Herro everyone! Since summer is approaching quickly and Vancouver is seeing plentiful of summer days, it’s time to get that SPF on! I admit I am quite lazy when it comes to SPF, so I’m trying to work hard on that so I can stay young and keep my skin as undamaged as possible! Prior to the extreme sunniness, I’ve been using Benefit Cosmetics Triple Performing Facial Emulsion SPF 15 PA++. I want to purchase another moisturizer with a higher SPF, but I have a BB Cream, tinted moisturizer, and a CC Cream that has SPF and I should use those up! [Read more…]
