When I was in Grade 8, I already had someone point out to me about my horrible dark circles and at that time all I could do was shrug it off- I never even heard of “purchasing concealer” back then. Undereye concealer was the first makeup product I ever purchased, at the age of 18. Since then, I’m still looking for amazing concealers, high end or drugstore, to hide my panda eyes.
