I remember the first time Fresh Sugar Lip Balms came into Sephora, when there were only two colours and my first world problem was deciding when I should just dump $26CAD on one- and I had took that plunge, on multiple shades too (oh spendy, young Whitney…) Over time, I fell out of love with them but their holiday sets always caught my attention; so pretty and not a bad deal considering the cost of one of those! Although I am not a huge user, I know that these balms are the holy grail of many and there are some pretty sweet value sets you can find at Sephora this Christmas; the Nude Lip Lovers Mini Kissing Trio ($33 CAD) and the Sugar Lip Delight ($65CAD.)
Hello all! I’ve been playing too much Hearthstone lately which has slightly caused some procrastination on my blog. One of my first beauty posts on here was a massive breakdown of 10 lip balms and I still get traffic on that 3 year old post with horrible photography. Fast forward to now, I still have just as many lip balms scattered between bags, boxes, and drawers but I want to feature my top favourites that have yet to fail me.
The Lipsies Lip Balm from Annabelle Cosmetics may be the next cute and scrumptious companion in your purse. I carry no less than 3 or 4 lip products in my purse, and there’s always a niche for a tinted lip balm.
From September to November 2014, the eos 2014 Breast Cancer Awareness Collection ($9.99) is available for retail in drugstores such as London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, Target, Walmart. If you are a fan of eos, this is a great mini set for yourself or a friend; and 100% of the net profits are donated to the Canadian Cancer Society. This is a great collaboration for eos, as you are benefiting those who need medical treatment, and you also receive a set of moisturizing lip balms and hand cream.
Forgot hand cream? Run to a department store or Sephora or Bath and Body Works for hand cream. Forgot mirror? Use my iPhone and any reflective surface. Forgot my lip balm and tiger balm? DOOMED!
