Lately, the Peter Pan Collar clothes have been popping up in stores. The Peter Pan style brings back a vintage vibe, which I like. They can be shown as necklaces, t-shirts, tank tops, and dresses. I always wanted one, but I wasn’t sure how drastic of the style I wanted to be. Did I want a plain shirt? A dress? A fancy collar to add on plain tops?

Yesterday, I hopped on a bandwagon and made a little purchase at H&M yesterday.I found a sheer, cream Peter Pan Collar crop top for $19.95.The back also has a bit of cute details- there is a line of buttons going down. Hopefully no one behind me decides to unbutton it though! Because the top is sheer, a tank top has to be worn underneath.

What I liked about the collar was that it wasn’t some stiff fabric, it was a lace collar.

I really like this top. I think it’s so ….vintage and european? It’s a very light top; it can be worn on a hot summer day with a pair of shorts. Or, it can be worn with a cardigan and a skirt for a vintage, 50’s look. This shirt is also made in Turkey!
