Clinique Pop Lacquer Lip Colour + Primer

If you absolutely cannot stand sticky lip products, then this post is not for you. :/

If you don’t mind sticky lips but long lasting colour….then maybe you’ll like this, the Clinique Pop Lacquer Lip Colour + Primer. So far for Spring; Clinique has released the Oil Lip and Cheek Glow, Sheer Lip Colour + Primer, and then now we have the Lacquer Lip Colour + Primer. I like how they strayed from a traditional lipstick or gloss and tried to create something in between. Sometimes though, the non traditional products may not be the best; as I pointed out before that the Oil Lip and Cheek Glow was alright. Is this Pop lip the right one for you?

Clinique Pop Oil Lip & Cheek Glow

First I introduced the Clinique Pop Glaze Sheer Lip Colour + Primer; another new addition to Clinique Pop lip products is their Pop Oil Lip & Cheek Glow. I was first interested in lip oils when YSL launched their Volupte Tint in Oil and then Clarins had their Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil. Lip oils feel like a non-sticky version of lip gloss and if you’re looking for a hydrating lip stain, these Clinique Pop Oil Lip & Cheek Glow may be for you!

Clinique Pop Glaze Sheer Lip Colour + Primer

As you’re reading this, I’m en route to Toronto! Excited to see the city and experience the food and of course, lots of ootd shots!!

And even though I’m gone for less than a week, I will be taking like four lip colours, YUP. And one of them will be from the Clinique Pop Glaze Sheer Lip Colour + Primer ($22 CAD) collection. I am really into tinted lip balms right now as my lips are still cracking like a broken sidewalk and when they’re dry my lips also is being drained of its original lip colour. 🙁 I missed the original bandwagon of the Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer, but these sheer sisters are pretty good in giving a dose of colour already.

Clinique Fall 2015 Eye Products

Having fierce eyes is the thing for Fall (but I wouldn’t mind having the perfect eye makeup year round,) and Clinique has launched eye-centered products for this Autumn  that any makeup beginners or experts could find useful in their kit. This year I was bombarded with many new eye makeup products and I am hooked onto making my eyes stand out behind my glasses. (Plus have I mentioned that Once Upon A Time characters have SUCH nice eye makeup??)

Clinique Pink With a Purpose Cheek Pop in Berry Pop

October is breast cancer month and there are many ways to support the research for preventing and curing breast cancer. Many companies come out with pink themed products to raise awareness. Clinique released a limited edition Pink With a Purpose Cheek Pop ($24 CAD online at Clinique or The Bay $26 at Sephora) where $3 of each purchase will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
