Back to wearing more makeup again cause my skin sucks…and when my skin sucks I rather draw attention to my lips rather than my forehead, which is beginning to look like the shell of a lychee. In a post I did last year, I talked about how I adore Burberry’s Lip Velvet Lipsticks so I was stoked to see the Liquid Lip Velvet that arrived on my doorstep a while ago.
Less than two weeks until Christmas!! Unfortunately, my mind has been trying to get rid of my cough and throat infection and getting through work (yup, got to work through the holidays.) But…let’s take a break and admire the Burberry Festive Collection that came out for the holiday season.
Let’s face it, the chances of me owning a Burberry bag may be slim (I do rather buy new computer stuff or a trip to Harry Potter world,) but I can never get tired of Burberry makeup. I’ve tried a few of their other formulas and the Burberry Lip Velvet Lipsticks is a first for me! My lips are kind of flabby and round and the right matte lipstick really helps define the shape of my lips. Is Burberry up for that task?
Happy Sunday! I was going to type that I never go to a manicure but I actually just purchased a Social Shopper coupon for one; I just can’t shape my dang nails! Nail polish is one of the ways to make my dull and wonky shaped nails look a bit more refined.
Not sure how exciting this post, because I’m not *good* at describing nail polish other than how badly I painted it. I’ve been painting my nails more and more recently, to make up for my boring chill outfits at work. This is my first time using Burberry nail polishes each so I thought I’ll showcase the most minimal nail art that I can muster.
I love a well packaged product, but I also love a well scented product too. It’s like a having a product that does its job while doubling as a perfume. I went through my stash and narrowed down five items, which consists a mix of skincare and makeup, that smell the best in my books.
