I am a skincare junkie these days and I don’t think the skin on my face can keep up fast enough with me. I’ve been using Pixi skincare products for a past few months (and now am on my next brand,) and feels like Pixi deserves a dedicated post for how great these products have worked for me in some ways. I’ve been using Laneige skincare products since at least 2012 (per my amateur post with terrible photo quality back then) so I was super excited when I received some Laneige products in the mail! Their skincare products appealed to me back in school since I was a super Korean drama addict, so naturally, I wanted Korean products. I have been incorporating the Brightening Sparkling Water Foam Cleanser and the Bright Renew Emulsion in my skincare routine and I couldn’t be happier!
I’ve noticed I’ve put a lot more time curating my skincare routine than makeup. Not everyday is sunshine and rainbows and certainly my mood can be anything but positively radiant from time to time. No one needs to know on the outside though, right? 😉 I was sent two products to try out- Aveeno Positively Radiant 60 Second In Shower Facial and the Positively Radiant Overnight Hydrating Facial. Before using more high end skincare products, I used to use Aveeno as their quality for the price was always decent. Both of these products are meant to add convenience in your life if you have no time for your regular skincare regime and I love the idea of them!
Who doesn’t love products made by their home country? It is the 5th birthday of Whistler Naturals Skin Care Inc‘s and it’s my first time hearing and trying it! Lisa McGregor, founding partner and CEO of Whistler Naturals Skin Care Inc, reached out to me and gave me a brief explanation on their products. They contain bio-active botanicals, essential oils, floral waters, butters, and real fruits and veggies. I’ve always avoided eating carrots since I was a youngster who knew nothing, but I would definitely put some on my skin if you told me I can still have radiant skin in like 20 years or so.
