Bath and body products are my go – to for anyone – boyfriend’s mom, my own mom, best friend . . . or save it in the back of the closet for yourself or when the time to make a gift basket arises. A while ago, I went into The Body Shop to learn about their holiday collection. I love what they do for the holidays as there is always an adorable theme behind it and also a good cause as well!
One of my favouJrite holiday items is actually not for body or face – but it’s for the home! Ever since I moved out, I’ve been obsessed with things that make a home look nice, and smell nice. (Two people, one bathroom – ENOUGH SAID!) Anyway, the Enchanted Forest Reed Diffuser ($20 CAD.)
FIRST – TWENTY DOLLARS! I walked in a shop with my mom and she wanted to buy a diffuser and the cashier is like $57. My mom did the awkward Asian thing and was like ‘oooo I will think about it’ and I knew she probably didn’t because I wouldn’t either. This reed diffuser is $20 (and The Body Shop often has sales too!) and it makes your room smell like pine trees! Super refreshing and I wish I had a place to put this in the bathroom. Bonus points for cute packaging and cute design on the bottle- I definitely will be keeping an eye out for more reed diffusers from The Body Shop in the future.
The Spa of the World Relaxing Gift Set is something my mother would 100% eyeing at. This $25 set comes with a tube of 250mL Adriatic Peony Body Wash, a Body Polisher, and a 50mL tub of Japanese Camellia Cream. I’ve used the body wash before and it has a nice relaxing fragrant. The Spa of the World line body creams are extra luxurious as well!
For stocking stuffers, these bath bombs ($3 CAD) will for sure make you go ‘awwww’ and not want to use it! For this holiday, there are three different choices: an owl Vanilla Marshmallow Bath Bomb, a reindeer Peppermint Candy Cane Bath Bomb, and a fox Berry Bon Bon Bath Bomb.
