I was in Hong Kong during the end of December; things have definitely gotten a bit pricier from what I remember and I know I have gotten a bit more…frugal. I stayed away from purchasing colour cosmetics, but I did haul on a lot of masks. Gotta maintain that youthful, moisturized look as I get older again…this year.
I’ve used Innisfree’s rice mask before and really enjoyed it, so I got some more of their it’s real squeeze mask in rose, kiwi, strawberry, manuka honey, and tea tree. I also got a few of their capsule recipe pack; they are so cute! I picked up aloe, apricot scone yogurt, apple yogurt, strawberry yogurt, bija & tea tree, and Jeju volcano. I think I can get more than one use out of them, will report back if any of these are extra amazing (or not amazing!)
Two zombie masks from the brand Pure Smile. How could I not want to see myself as a potential zombie? Selfies will be done when I try this.
Animal masks!! I’ve been wanting to get some for a while that are inexpensive; I picked up a few berrisom masks for myself and souvenirs for friends. The (brown?) raccoon mask is a placenta + adenosine one…not sure what kind of effects it will have. it has soybean phytoplacenta extract, not some raccoon placenta (I guess!)
Baaahh…more animal masks! These are like minion toys from Mcdonalds, if you’re into them you want them all. Thank goodness I only stopped at 5-6 minions though…
Oops the brown raccoon masks snuck into the photo, sneaky bum! The other brand of animal masks is from SNP, Shining Nature Purity. My dreams of looking like a panda is going to come true for ten minutes!
And that’s all I purchased- no blush, no lipstick, and I hope to continue to be wary of what I’m spending on in 2016!
