Dang, I think this mask isn’t at Sephora right now, all I see is the Boscia Sake Brighening Hydrogel Mask. Nevertheless even if I’m too late I’m going to share my thoughts on Boscia’s Vitamin C Brightening Hydrogel Mask. Now that I’m single, keeping my skin looking bright and soft is more important than ever…jokes haha, but seriously- I’ve been spending more time on my skin now, and that includes doing masks around 4-5 times a week!
This sheet mask comes in two pieces, one for the top half of the face (eyes and nose) and the second part for the mouth. As this is a gel mask, it felt very comfortable and flexible on the skin and very hydrating. After using this mask, you don’t have to rinse off- just pat the excess serum in and add moisturizer.
Although when I woke up my face felt hydrated and bouncy, it did feel a bit sticky. Overall, these were very relaxing (despite the stickiness), however, the price tag of Boscia’s sheet masks is $10 CAD so this isn’t something I’d do every day. I found them to be effective, but it works like the other less expensive masks I use so repurchasing is something I’d have to think about.
Have you tried any of Boscia’s masks or products before? I’m a huge fan of Japanese skincare and will be going to Hong Kong in December, can’t wait to stock up!
