Bring on the zesty and citrusy scents! I’m kind of embarrassed to admit the amount of San Pelligrinos carbonated fruit sodas I drank so far because they have quite a bit of sugar in them, but it’s so refreshing! I love the taste of citrus and wearing it, heck yes! The Body Shop’s new limited edition line for the summer is the Virgin Mojito and it smells as delicious as it sounds.
Virgin Mojito Body Butter
The Virgin Mojito Body Butter did not disappoint (when does The Body Shop disappoint anyone with their body butters?!) It is very moisturizing and the mint-lime scent is so good and perfect for the hot summer. I want to drench myself in this scent and sit in a bath smelling like this, with a can of citrus-mint pop (President Choice brand, Superstore- tastes so refreshing.)
Virgin Mojito Body Splash
To get that extra boost of the citrus scent, the Virgin Mojito Body Splash is a body splash- literally. I wish it came with a pump or a spray, because I sort of have to “spill” it out of the hole on top and it just splashes and rolls everywhere. The body splash doesn’t last very long on its own, maybe an hour. The scent does last longer if I use it after the body butter.
From the Wild Argan Oil line to Smoky Poppy; The Body Shop’s choice in their fragrances are always thinking of what consumers want. I really enjoyed the scent of Virgin Mojito and may take a look into the other products in the line. I recommend skipping the body splash because it’s too messy but the body butter is a go!
