As I’m becoming more financially conscious, it’s hard to keep up with current brand collections and the urge of makeup purchasing had to be halted. Though, ain’t nothing going to stop mefrom making a mental wishlist…which leads to adding the item to my Sephora cart in hopes that the VIB sale will come soon. A brand that I have always been fond of is tarte Cosmetics, and after doing some makeup stash cleaning, I so want to add more to my current collection (still sad I didn’t pull the plug and get the tarte blush palette last year.)
The tarte Maracuja Oil is one of my favourites, since it’s a) a mini sized bottle so it’s super cute and portable and b)the tiniest bit is needed to go a long way. People selling skincare products always told me “it takes oil to break oil-” I become a human French fry by midday and just a tiny dab of the Maracuja oil makes my T-zone feel so much better (and also soften that dry skin between my thumb and index finger.)
The multipEYE lash enhancing primer was from the last VIB sale and is a new thing I’m trying out for a few months now, because I have a fear of all my eyelashes falling off when I’m older. It’s supposed to help increase lash volume and length for mascara application; though I don’t really notice too much of that going on, I find that my mascara is much easier to take off when using the primer underneath.
The Amazonian Clay blush in Dollface was one of my first beauty reviews on my blog, and I’ve had this gem for around 2 years now but I don’t use it enough. This is going on my table to remind myself to use this more often! The other cheek product is the tarte Cheek Stain in Flush; I redeemed with my 100 points at Sephora. This is another handy dandy item to keep in the purse, though it’s a bit too sheer for my liking.
Until tarte comes out with a new blush palette, I have my eye on the blushing bride wedding essentials kit; okay, I’m not bride but I could never resist a value set as it comes with a small version of their Lights, Camera, Splashes Mascara (which I want to try for so long now,) plus two other tarte lip products.
