I didn’t start wearing jeans until I was 12 years old and I used to think they were the strangest feeling compared to the comfort sweatpants and track pants gave me. Not to mention, I had the most unflattering fashion sense and wore flare jeans with random flower patterns on it.
Fast forward to present day, I have become a bit of a jean hoarder (came to a realization after I cleaned out my closet….) I have yet to splurge on a pair of high end jeans, as mentioned in my last wishlist post. Probably no one will ever know the difference between me wearing a pair of fancy schmancy jeans vs a $10 pair from Forever 21 (THEY LAST PRETTY DARN WELL!) but I am craving a pair of jeans that ooze with comfort, sexiness, and a right fit for my height.
One of the high end brand of jeans that come to mind is True Religion, as it is quite popular amongst my friends. Though a pair of True Religion jeans equate to a one month finance cost of a new car(but I can probably say the same for bags, shoes ..etc); their styles and colours have some kind of alluring effect. These two pairs of jeans from the women’s jeans section on True Religion caught my eye:

I’m a huge fan of the distressed jean style and the Misty jeans look edgy and simple without too much ripping going on. I have been buying a lot of blue tops lately, so having a pair of black jeans would be an awesome fit for my closet hehe. I also love the tan-beige colour of the Halle jeans- layering neutral colours on top of this pair would make a simple outfit stand out.
I probably will always go for the skinny jean look, as I think I’m too short to pull off any flares, straight jeans, or boot cut jeans. For smart casual events or even blogger events, I still go for jeans since I find them much more comfortable to dress up or down in them; hence I’m looking out for a luxurious pair of jeans that I can always wear.
