Last week I had the opportunity to be invited to preview Estee Lauder’s Spring 2015 collection. Estee Lauder is a brand raved by my mom for years. I’m usually the one taking an hour bus ride from Richmond to Downtown Vancouver to get her a specific Estee Lauder Gift with Purchase. Apart from the Estee Lauder BB Cream, I haven’t tried anything else from the brand. So when I went to Rosewood Hotel Georgia to preview all these godly things, I was like a 5 year old admiring a box of nicely sharpened crayon pencils.
At the event, we were also shown different makeup tricks to do within 3 minutes, such as a smoky eye or sky high cheekbones. Sadly, I left my booklet in at the event! #shame 🙁 Luckily, I found some tips on the Estee Lauder website here.
The attendees got to view the Courreges x Estee Lauder collection, the new Bronze Goddess palette and bronzer, new Aerin fragrances (so much WANT,) the Pure Color Envy Shine lipsticks and 6 matching nail polishes, and a whole ton of other stuff. Scroll below and have your eyes feast on my less than professional pictures!
I should have taken some notes down because there was ton of information and I wasn’t prepared by the sheer amount of stuff Estee Lauder had for spring! I’m especially intrigued with the Nutritious Collection– as I’m not the most healthiest person out there (bubble tea and desserts all day,) this skincare is targeted for people who want the healthy-lifestyle skin. Though I am unsure how effective it is, I did get the Estee Lauder Nutritious Vitality 8 Night Radiant Overnight Creme Mask, and I’m pretty stoked to try it.
Other items I got to take home were: Clear Difference Oil Control/Mattifying Hydrating Gel, Courreges Eye Amplifer, and Pure Color Envy Shine Sculpting Lipstick. I’ve heard raving reviews about the lipstick and I really like the lid’s magnetic mechanism when putting the lipstick away!
Are you going to be dabbling into any of Estee Lauder’s new collections?
