Despite the common knowledge that wearing white doesn’t make you look skinny and all the other inconveniences white clothing bring, I love wearing white. Long ago, I had a white denim jacket that I loved in high school, but alas, I have grown out of it. Although I’m still on a hunt for another white jacket (preferably leather,) I have taken a liking to this long, white jacket I got from a random warehouse sale in Richmond. I was in Steveston reconnecting with my old friend and blogger, Justin; taking photographs followed with good food has been one of our traditions. He suggested that we should photograph near Steveston around sunset, however, it was a cloudy evening.
Since the current weather wasn’t too cold nor too hot, this white jacket had the perfect amount of thickness to keep me warm and also represented me. I love bronze or gold detailing; the buckles and buttons on the white jacket stand out and the pop up collar adds a bit of a cool factor, something I lack often. I thought I’d match my white jacket with these olive green skinnies I bought from a Zara sale couple years ago. Their sale is probably the only time I buy jeans from Zara. Luckily, these jeans stretch a bit because I’m sure I gained a few pounds from when I first bought them.
Also, those are mustaches on my t-shirt. 🙂
And yay, my camera is back! I can take better photos again ^___^
