It’s time to try something either than the typical one colour nail polish on me; I’ve decided to try making my nails look somewhat artistic. For some designs, it’s not as hard it looks! I made this simple design using Essie’s Bouncer It’s Me + A Cut Above.
I recently got Bouncer It’s Me. I’ve been really into the cobalt blue colour lately and I never really use blue nail polish. I needed 2-3 coats of Bouncer It’s Me to fully coat my nails. It dries into a more matte colour than a shine colour, which was weird, so a top coat is definitely needed if you want that well manicured look.
After my top coat dried, I got bored and added a swipe of A Cut Above on my nails. A Cut Above is one of Essie’s Luxe Effects nail polish.
I was quite pleased with the finish and it almost looked like I gave myself a manicure! 😀 I am attempting to try more fun nail looks now!
