I love drinking tea, and I hoard from David’s Tea like no tomorrow. When I go inside David’s Tea and tell myself I’m going to buy this one specific flavour, I somehow end up with more than I need. This is my current collection of tea from David’s Tea. I hope there’s a lot more intense tea hoarders out there so I feel better about myself.
And after I came back from London, my tea stash just expanded to this. Oops.
I used to drink mostly herbal teas, but I recently really gotten into black teas. I always enjoyed the occasional cup of black tea, but I had so many teas in London, I drink a cup of black tea every morning. I usually just add water to my tea leaves, but now I cannot stop adding honey and milk to my tea. I’ve always been a bit lactose intolerant, but I told my stomache to suck it up, because I need my milk in my tea! Milk + lady grey + honey OR milk + cream of organic earl grey + honey is genius.
I’m currently addicted to the family of Earl Grey teas. One of my top favourites is David’s Tea- Organic Cream of Earl Grey.

With the added vanilla flavour into the classic earl grey tea, there’s a new aroma in the tea that I cannot stop smelling. If I closed my eyes and sniffed my bag of cream of earl grey, it smells like there is sweetener added, and not the artificial kind. Seriously, I wonder why there isn’t perfumes that have different smells of teas, I wouldn’t mind smelling like this all day. I would also love to smell like my warming apple and chamomile tea from Twinnings as well.
If you just add water to the tea leaves, I can still taste the bergamot with a light vanilla scent. Once added honey and milk, the vanilla takes over and the bergamot is a bit lighter. Both ways of drinking the tea is delicious.
This tea is all organic and natural. Hooray! I don’t know where else you can get cream of earl gray tea, so David’s Tea, take all my money please!! Please make tea perfumes!
