For all those followers, I may appear to be a girly girl, but in fact, I dress quite casually most of the time. T shirt, hoodie, and jeans are pretty much my staples to go. I’ve only recently started to “dress better”. Today I was going to go high tea, so I tried to pair up my jeans with a more feminine top. And to pair up my outfit, I am wearing my NEW Marc by Marc Jacobs mouse flats in camel.
As some of you may know, I’ve been coveting a pair for over a year now…and I finally sunk in and splurged my pay check with it. I was so excited! I was debating between this pair and the black, but I felt black was too much of the norm, so I opted for the camel colour. Casual with some colour, and still neutral enough for everyday wear. Apart from my shoes, I proudly admit my outfit costed approximately $50. I’m a cheap person, but I think it’s the person who wears the clothes, not the clothes who wear the person!
I’ve been liking the wavy hair look, but I didn’t have time to curl my whole head today. I curled several strands for fun to add some volume.

Lace Top: Zara
Jeans: Forever 21
Shoes: Marc Jacobs (Holt Renfrew)
The floral lace top I am wearing is from ZARA, which I got for sale last fall for approximately $19.90. The brown semi-distressed cardigan was from Forever 21 I got two years ago. The skinny jeans are also from Forever 21, and they are $12.50. I believe they still sell these. For that price, the quality is surprisingly okay, as it survived countless washes and there’s no extreme changes to them.

I usually like to wear a watch. This is a dainty SWATCH watch my mom bought for me last year when she was in Germany. I love the simplicity in the design. It goes great with casual wear or even formal occasions.
Last but not least, the highlight of my week, my new shoes! Ok, so I know there’s probably mixed opinions on camel colour, let me know what you think please! 🙂 This is my first pair of shoes that I bought that cost more than $60- seriously. Honestly, they’re not the MOST comfortable, but they make me happy just by looking at them. I love gimmicky, cute things.
Happy happy me 🙂
